My stay at this hotel was a mix of luxury and noise. The rooms had all the comforts one would expect, like luxurious bedding. However, there was some noise from the service closet next to my room, which was a bit distracting. Overall, the room was very comfortable but had a noisy downside.

The staff needs better training and maturity in handling guests' requests. The location is absolutely gorgeous and offers an amazing culinary experience, though some dining options may seem limited.

The service is very attentive and friendly, with helpful bilingual staff. The location is fabulous in the fall, perfectly capturing a charming novel setting. The dining options are good but slightly overpriced. The facilities are well-maintained, enhancing the overall stay experience.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely with a really comfy bed, and I would recommend them to everyone. On the downside, the gym is designed as an afterthought, small with limited machines versus balconies with a great view.
